We have been so lucky in this great Country of ours to have had so many gifted writers and poets.The first of these wrote about days that now are long gone but their verse and prose live on.They wrote about our brave Explorers, and early sttlers who were prepared to leave their homeland villages, families, friends,Churches,cricket and racing clubs in search of a better life for themselves, their children and their childrens children and so on.
