Founded as The Shafi Group of Pakistan' in 1940's when Late Mian Muhammad Shafi was engaged in trading of Hides & Skins along with his elder sons, Mian Muhammad Siddiq and Mian Abdul Hafeez. With the help of the almighty Allah and their hard work, this small trading house grew to become one of the pioneers of the tanning industry in Pakistan.
